Story time…

When I opened Vida Sana Studio, I wasn’t taking care of myself. I developed unhealthy habits because my days were filled with anxiety. Sometimes I would binge eat, other days I would not eat at all. I was eating out almost every day for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and I never took time for myself. I was a hot mess. It became so bad that I almost closed the studio at one point because I felt burnt out. Despite all my knowledge from years of school, studying psychology, Kinesiology, and nutrition, I could not adopt a healthy routine.

Everything shifted when I took responsibility for my health.

I hired a nutrition coach and a mentor because I was not f*cking around. I needed someone to hold my hand and keep me accountable.

I took all their guidance, and I started to focus inward. I started meditating almost daily. I stopped drinking, started meal prepping, and began exercising CONSISTENTLY.

Taking care of myself made me feel really good, and I never wanted that feeling to go away.

Shortly after, my business began to thrive because I was thriving.

My relationships began to thrive because I was thriving.

I created this program three years later to share these gifts with you. My life’s purpose is to help people love their bodies and wake up feeling vibrant and powerful every day.
