Meet Chloe

I began dancing at a very young age, marking the beginning of a lifelong journey in movement. At 16, I started teaching ballet, which eventually led me to pursue a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Dance Studies from Cal Poly Humboldt. After obtaining my degree, I was eager to deepen my understanding of movement, and that's when I turned to Pilates.

Having grown up dancing and playing soccer, I experienced my fair share of injuries. Pilates became a transformative way for me to understand my body better and retrain it to move more efficiently. I fell in love with how Pilates benefited my body and mind, prompting me to learn Classical Pilates with Contemporary variations, a combination that has proven to be incredibly effective in keeping the body healthy, and strong, and aiding in injury rehabilitation.

Continuing my journey of movement education, I aspire to share my passion for Pilates and Dance with the community. It’s my goal to empower others through these disciplines, promoting strength, flexibility, and overall wellbeing.
