Meet Madrone

After exploring Pilates to recover from a hip injury, I immediately fell in love with it! As a lifelong dancer, I’d been feeling the effects of high-impact activities on my body.

Pilates allowed me to start fresh and get to know my body again. Teaching Pilates allows me to share the benefits of mind-body awareness with others at all fitness levels; I believe it’s the most effective way to help people tune into their bodies and transform their well-being. Now after the birth of my son, I’m rediscovering my body postpartum and using Pilates on my path to healing post-c-section.

Aside from my years of ballet experience and personal Pilates practice, I have taken several STOTT Pilates courses. Including beginner- advanced Reformer, Mat and Chair trainings and workshops on Athletic Conditioning and Anatomy.

I enjoy working with clients of all backgrounds from rehabbing injury and working on lifelong mobility to cross training for athletes and dancers. I am always eager to learn and continue my education in movement. I’m excited to meet you and guide you on your fitness journey.
